Living, Wing’s residential development arm, has completed Kassák Terrace, the third phase of Kassák Project in District 13 of Budapest, featuring 246 apartments.

The first phase of Kassák Project was completed in 2020, while the second phase Kassák Passage was delivered in H2 2022.

Kassák Terrace offers practical studio apartments as well as large six-room penthouse units with efficient floor plans and panoramic views. In addition, 21 homes in the project have direct garden access. The underground parking garage of the residential development has 259 parking spaces, including 190 with electric chargers. Sales are underway, and there are still some apartments available in the residential park.

The project’s green area covers 3,295 sqm, with another 4,518 sqm included in an inner courtyard.

“This is a major milestone for Living, as we have built 250 additional high-quality apartments with a focus on environmental considerations. We continue to work towards our goals. The feedback we get from the market and the pace of sales show that Living’s approach and sustainable apartments with quality services continue to be in high demand,” says Tibor Tatár, Deputy CEO of Wing’s residential and office development businesses in Hungary.

Kassák Terrace has an A+ energy rating and offers surface heating and cooling, a heat pump solution, and apartments with high technical standards.

The number of Living apartments delivered since the company’s establishment in 2017, including those currently under development is close to 2,000, with more than 1,500 apartments already sold.
