AFI Czech Republic has officially begun construction of its new rental project AFI Home V Korytech in Prague 10 featuring 519 residential units. Construction will proceed in two phases that started simultaneously, with the first phase completing in Q2 2028 and the second a year later. Metrostav DIZ serves as the general contractor.

Indotek Group has announced plans to build thousands of new homes in Budapest at prices more favourable than panel flats, including projects in districts XI and XV. The company expects that the new targeted apartment supply will have a price-reducing rather than price-inflating effect, contrary to some market fears.

Wing Group has signed an agreement with GTC to purchase a development site at 173-177 Váci Road in Budapest, covering more than 2.1 hectares.
