Aparthotel operator Staycity Group and investment firm Solida Capital announced a partnership for the development of a new Staycity Aparthotel in Warsaw, marking Staycity's entry into the Polish market.

The historic market hall (Hala Targowa) in Gdańsk, built at the end of the 19th century, is undergoing a major revitalisation led by Apsys, a company known for transforming historic urban spaces into vibrant, multifunctional destinations. The €32 million (PLN 141 million) investment aims to turn the hall into a dynamic culinary and cultural hub, seamlessly blending modern functions with respect for its historical fabric.

The iconic 1967-built Hotel Budapest — locally known as Körszálló (meaning 'circle hotel') — has officially received demolition and construction permits for a near-complete rebuild. Most of the cylindrical tower and interior will be taken down and reconstructed to house around 50 luxury apartments, along with wellness facilities, restaurants, offices, and public amenities, 24.hu reports.

The metamorphosis of the Marynarska Business Park office complex implemented in Warsaw’s Służewiec district by PineBridge Benson Elliot and Syrena Real Estate is nearing completion. Work has been finalised on the outdoor area, replacing a 6,000 sqm concrete car park with a green park open to the city, covered with green hills. The project is changing its name to Diuna.
