17 Globalworth’s properties in Poland have obtained the WELL Health-Safety Rating safety certification. This means that those assets now meet high health and safety requirements, providing healthy environment for work and social interaction in the face of post-pandemic challenges.

SWM Poland has extended its contract for over 15,500 sqm of warehouse and production space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. The company has been operating in the SEGRO park since 2010 and uses the leased space for the production and storage of advanced SWM films, adhesive tapes, foams, meshes and fibers. The transaction was brokered by the AXI IMMO agency.  

Panattoni has completed the sale of two Polish logistics parks in Lublin and the Silesia West region to a North American private equity investor. The two properties have a combined gross lettable area (GLA) of about 65,000 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Panattoni has completed a central warehouse for Neonet in Łódź-Pabianice. The opening ceremony is scheduled take place in August this year.

The seller of plumbing supplies has leased more than 23,000 sqm at the MLP Poznań West logistics park. Once completed and BREEAM certified, the facility will be handed over to Bevo in November this year. The transaction was completed through BNP Paribas Real Estate, an advisory firm.

The first six months of 2022 saw record results for the office market in Warsaw. During H1 2022, as much as 479,400 sqm was leased, making it the best ever H1 performance for the capital city’s market. According to JLL experts, this is evidence that the capital's market is undergoing a thaw after two years of continuous uncertainty.

In the first half of 2022, office take-up in Warsaw hit a record high of 479,400 sqm, representing a year-on-year increase of 94%. Savills forecasts that the growing undersupply of office space will drive rental growth going forward, further accelerated by shrinking availability and significant increases in construction costs and office property management fees.
