The GTC Poland leasing team is joined by four new experts: Łukasz Jarzyło as Head of Office Leasing, Agnieszka Kuehn, Michał Kubicz and Maciej Łyszczyński as Senior Leasing Managers.

Łukasz Jarzyło has 18 years of professional experience, including more than 7 years in the commercial real estate sector. While developing his professional competencies in companies such as CPI Property Group Polska or CBRE Poland, he was delivering various comprehensive consultancy projects and gained a wide knowledge about the Polish office market and landlords operating on it.

"I am delighted that by joining GTC I can lead the leasing team towards new ambitious achievements. I look forward to working together with such a talented team on upcoming projects to grow the Group in the leasing segment", said the new Head of Office Leasing at GTC Poland Łukasz Jarzyło.

Agnieszka Kuehn has wide experience in conducting expertise including planning, establishing, and implementing leasing strategies concerning exclusive mandates for various real estate developers. She gained know-how in the real estate industry while working for international consulting companies: Savills and JLL. In GTC Poland she takes care of office properties from the Group’s portfolio located in Kraków and Katowice.

Michał Kubicz specializes in finance and lease negotiations. He began his career path of more than 10 years at Upper Finance Consulting, where he joined the finance department team. He then took on the positions of Property Broker at Nuvalu Poland as a Property Broker, advising corporate tenants and public institutions, and Leasing Manager at CPI Property Group, where he was responsible for the commercialisation of several prestigious buildings. In his new role, he is responsible for office buildings in Warsaw, Łódź and Katowice.

Maciej Łyszczyński has nearly 10 years of experience in the real estate market. Beginning at Colliers International, he then cooperated with developers (a.o. Avestus RE, White Star, Capital Park Warimpex), and investment funds (a.o. Cromwell Property Group, Generali Real Estate, Globalworth). His main tasks included establishing and building relationships with clients and providing them with advisory services in order to maximize the value of their assets, as well as coordinating lease processes both in Warsaw and in regional cities. In GTC Poland he is responsible for the portfolio of buildings in Poznań and Wrocław.

"We are beyond happy to grow our team with such experienced specialists. The expansion of our strategy brings new goals and challenges, which I am sure we are ready to face with our excellent new team", said Agnieszka Ciupak, Executive Director at GTC Poland.
