The JV between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has completed the construction of the first warehouse facility in City Point Targówek. The 7,000 sqm building is fully leased to DPD Polska and is part of a park, which will provide nearly 100,000 sqm of last-mile logistics space within the borders of the Warsaw agglomeration.

Peakside Capital Advisors has achieved two BREEAM IN-USE certifications at the "Very Good" level for over 50,000 square meters of warehouse-office space at Logistics Point Raszyn and Logistics Point Piaseczno. The attained rating results from the successful modernization of fully commercialized logistic centres near Warsaw. 

Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors have completed the purchase of 5 ha plot on Kinetyczna Street in Okęcie, Warsaw. This exceptional last-mile location, situated in close proximity to the Chopin Airport and at the intersection between Warsaw’s Southern Ring Road and the S79 exit road, has been earmarked for a sustainable warehouse development dedicated to urban logistics. The transaction was made by the existing joint venture between both parties.

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao S.A., comprising an investment loan and VAT loan - more than PLN 500 million (over €106 million) in total. The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.

Michał Nawrot has been promoted to Head of Investments CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors. He will be responsible for, among others, the implementation of investment objectives, asset management to increase their value and the fund's investment strategies in the CEE region.

A joint venture between Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm and investment manager Peakside Capital Advisors AG with a group of additional third-party co-investors has acquired a portfolio of warehouse properties in capital of Poland. The purchase price is not being disclosed.

German real estate investor Peakside Capital has completed the disposal of the last properties in its portfolio of 72 small retail assets in the Czech Republic.

Peakside Capital has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a recently purchased mixed-use property in Brno. The building has been rebranded to Centrum Vídeňská and has been given a new logo. The renovation mainly focused on improving the quality of the common areas.

Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager with a partial Hungarian background, has acquired the 18,000 sqm Poznan Financial Center from Peakside Capital Advisors. The purchase price was not disclosed.

KD Adriatic Value Fund, Special Investment Fund, the first regulated real estate alternative investment fund (AIF) in Slovenia, managed by KD Funds in partnership with Peakside Capital, has finalised the acquisition of the Austria Trend Hotel in Ljubljana. This transaction represents the fourth commercial real estate acquisition in Slovenia by the KD Adriatic Value Fund, with the first acquisition completed in April 2018.
