A joint venture between Partners Group, a leading global private markets firm and investment manager Peakside Capital Advisors AG with a group of additional third-party co-investors has acquired a portfolio of warehouse properties in capital of Poland. The purchase price is not being disclosed.
Peakside Capital has completed the comprehensive refurbishment of a recently purchased mixed-use property in Brno. The building has been rebranded to Centrum Vídeňská and has been given a new logo. The renovation mainly focused on improving the quality of the common areas.
Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager with a partial Hungarian background, has acquired the 18,000 sqm Poznan Financial Center from Peakside Capital Advisors. The purchase price was not disclosed.
