The new facility will be built on the basis of the former Galeria Ozimska, the largest tenant of which was a Tesco hypermarket. In the new facility, 18,000 sqm of leasable area (GLA), a shopping arcade will be built, which will be accompanied by a classic retail park. Scallier was jointly responsible for the project acquisition and the preparation of the commercialization concept. Currently, it supervises the commercialisation and manages the facility. The design stage is underway and preparations for the redevelopment of the complex are underway. The opening of Ozimska Park is planned for August 2023.

More than ten thousand Ukrainian refugees have already applied for help at the Temporary Support Centre for Refugees (TOWU) in Turawa Park  (Opole, Poland). Just a few days ago TOWU signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Polish branch of the Red Cross.

Ukrainian real estate investment fund Focus Estate Fund has acquired the Turawa Park shopping center in Opole, Poland from international investment management group abrdn for an undisclosed sum. Turawa Park with a total area of 35,138 sqm is the fourth asset of the Fund’s portfolio in Poland.

Panattoni Europe announced the development of Panattoni Park Opole. The project, with the scheduled area of nearly 48,600 sqm, will be developed within the city limits and will be dedicated to multiple tenants. The launch of construction is scheduled for Q2 2019.

CTP broke ground on its first Polish development in the city of Opole. Initially a 13,000 sqm facility will be built for a long-term client, International Automotive Components.  With additional land available, the park has a planned built-up area of nearly 71,000 sqm.

Panattoni Europe has embarked on the construction of a factory commissioned by Skamol A/S – a Danish manufacturer of insulation solutions for industry and construction. The BTS facility featuring approx. 6,000 square metres will be delivered in the BTO formula in Opole, at the special economic zone WSSE Invest Park. The contract was mediated by Colliers International, and the completion of works to be implemented by Panattoni Europe is anticipated in April 2017.
