Panattoni Europe announced the development of Panattoni Park Opole. The project, with the scheduled area of nearly 48,600 sqm, will be developed within the city limits and will be dedicated to multiple tenants. The launch of construction is scheduled for Q2 2019.

Panattoni Europe is going to execute its first distribution centre in the region, specifically Panattoni Park Opole, with the area of nearly 48,600 sqm, planned in the form of two buildings. The project will be dedicated to multiple tenants and will be developed within the city limits, directly at the A4 motorway, mid-way between Katowice and Wrocław, which are among the most critical locations for the industrial property sector. Project commencement is envisaged in the second quarter of the year.

Panattoni Park Opole is not the company’s first project in the region. The company has already marked its presence with such projects as the Polaris Industries factory in Opole, operated by a U.S.-based manufacturer of all-terrain vehicles, or another manufacturing site located in Opole, ordered by Skamol A/S, a Danish manufacturer of thermal improvement and thermal insulation systems for industry and construction.

The project will be located at ul. Partyzancka, right next to A4 motorway that links the Western and Eastern Europe together, near Piastowska ring road, in the vicinity of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone.
