Romanian developer One United Properties has completed the acquisition of the Bucharest-based Bucur shopping centre. 

Romanian developer One United Properties confirmed that it was looking to sell the main office building within the One North Gate project in northern Bucharest. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has completed the first phase of Bucharest-based One Cotroceni Office Park, with a gross leasable area of 46,000 sqm. The company said it has leased 75% of the office and commercial spaces by the time of delivery. 

Romanian developer One United Properties has announced the handover of One Herăstrău Towers, located in northern Bucharest, with a gross development value of around €53.3 million. 

New office spaces with a combined surface of 153,900 sqm have been delivered in the first nine months in Bucharest, of which 107,900 sqm in Q3 alone, according to real estate consultancy JLL Romania. Total deliveries were up 24% year-on-year. 

Romanian developer One United Properties says it will take over a majority stake in Bucur Obor, a shopping centre based in Bucharest. 

Romanian developer One United Properties recorded a record turnover of RON 627.7 million (€126.8 million) in the first nine months of the year, up 87% year-on-year, while the gross profit gained 186% y/y to RON 293.3 million (€48.3 million) on higher residential sales and increased occupancy rates in offices.

Property developer One United Properties says it will maintain the existing, single-class share structure, which confers one voting right per each share held, following a ruling of a Bucharest-based court that confirms a shareholder vote from September. 

Hungarian Indotek Group is in advanced negotiations to purchase the office building One Victoriei Center in Bucharest. 

Meta Estate Trust, the Romanian property investment holding, has appointed Raluca Drăgan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). She has more than 17 years’ worth of experience in the financial sector, and she has previously held the CFO position at One United Properties.
