Romanian developer One United Properties has recorded a net profit of €52.8 million in H1 2023, up 13% compared to the same period of last year, while the turnover rose by 26% to €171 million in the same interval.

Moreover, she also discussed how sustainability is becoming a strategic element in the developer’s negotiations for funding with banks and capital market investors.

Romanian developer One United Properties has purchased 5 hectares of land in Bucharest for a new mixed-use development in a deal worth €35 million. The company plans to develop One Cotroceni Towers, which will have a gross development value in the range of €400 million.
