Mitiska REIM has announced the acquisition of OC Cassovia, a grocery-anchored retail centre located in Košice, Slovakia's second-largest city with renovation of the centre to follow soon.

Mitiska REIM has successfully closed its Merep 3 fund, exceeding its initial target by raising €310 million, which will give it a total investment power of up to €1 billion.

Mitiska REIM, the investor specialized in retail and logistics projects, has secured a €50 million co-investment alongside the MEREP 3 value-add fund from the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail park in Jastrzębie Zdrój, a city of 90,000 inhabitants in southern Poland. Developed in partnership with Karuzela Holding and owned in joint-venture with the FRI 2 fund, this latest opening is the third retail park development opened in Poland by Mitiska REIM and Karuzela Holding in the past nine months.

Mitiska REIM has secured a €40 million refinancing with mBank for a portfolio of four Polish food-anchored retail parks. Representing a combined gross leasable area (GLA) of nearly 34,000 sqm, the convenience centres are located in the cities of Września, Turek, Lubliniec and Wodzisław Śląski, and were developed by Mitiska REIM’s Polish partner, Karuzela Holding, and are owned in joint-venture with the FRI 2 fund.
