Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail park in Jastrzębie Zdrój, a city of 90,000 inhabitants in southern Poland. Developed in partnership with Karuzela Holding and owned in joint-venture with the FRI 2 fund, this latest opening is the third retail park development opened in Poland by Mitiska REIM and Karuzela Holding in the past nine months.

Mitiska REIM has secured a €40 million refinancing with mBank for a portfolio of four Polish food-anchored retail parks. Representing a combined gross leasable area (GLA) of nearly 34,000 sqm, the convenience centres are located in the cities of Września, Turek, Lubliniec and Wodzisław Śląski, and were developed by Mitiska REIM’s Polish partner, Karuzela Holding, and are owned in joint-venture with the FRI 2 fund.

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new food-anchored retail park in the Polish city of Świebodzin. Developed in partnership with Karuzela Holding, this is the tenth project undertaken by Mitiska REIM and Karuzela over the past five years, with five more developments planned to open over the next two years.

Mitiska REIM has announced the sale of a 6.7ha land plot in Gliwice (Silesia, Poland) to Momentum Leisure to develop a theme and water park at Europa Centralna retail centrre The price has not been disclosed.

Mitiska REIM, specialised in European convenience real estate, has announced that fundraising for its third flagship fund, Mitiska European Real Estate Partners 3 (MEREP 3), has now reached €168 million. 

Mitiska REIM has announced on behalf of the MEREP 3 fund the acquisition of a retail park in the Slovakian city of Skalica and the development of a new retail park in Sládkovičovo. In a new joint venture partnership with OPC Group, Mitiska REIM plans to expand its retail park portfolio in Slovakia in the coming years. 

Mitiska REIM has announced on behalf of the MEREP 3 fund the acquisition of Europa Centralna, a retail center covering a gross leasable area (GLA) of 67,000 sqm located on a 27ha land plot in Gliwice, Poland. The price has not been disclosed.
