Square 7 Properties and Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM will open this week Giurgiu Shopping Park, which has a leasable area of 7,000 sqm. The general contractor of the project was Austrian construction firm Strabag. 

European convenience real estate investor Mitiska REIM has announced a strategic joint venture partnership with Belgium-based self-storage company, STORO. As part of the agreement, Mitiska REIM, on behalf of the MEREP 3 fund, has purchased a stake in STORO’s self-storage sites.  

Mitiska REIM has announced the opening of a new retail centre development in the Polish city of Kołobrzeg. Developed in a joint venture with local partner Karuzela Holding and designed to achieve a “Very Good” score on the BREEAM in-use scale, this is the third retail development project opened by Mitiska REIM and Karuzela Holding in Poland this year. Financing for the new retail centre was provided by AION and mBank.

The Slatina Shopping Park, located in Southern Romania, has reached a total commercial area of 8,700 sqm following an extension completed by Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM investment fund.

Mitiska REIM, the specialist investor in European convenience real estate, has today announced the opening of a new retail park in the city of Puławy in eastern Poland. Originally a Tesco hypermarket, the site has now been transformed into a modern food-anchored retail park, designed to achieve a “Very Good” score on the BREEAM scale.
