Mitiska REIM has today announced the opening of a new retail park development in the Polish city of Wagrowiec, in joint venture with local partner Karuzela Holding.

The Slatina Shopping Park, located in Southern Romania, has reached a total commercial area of 8,700 sqm following an extension completed by Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM investment fund. 

Square 7 Properties has started the construction of a new retail park in Giurgiu, with a gross lettable area of 7,000 sqm.

Belgian real estate fund manager Mitiska REIM and Polish developer Karuzela Holding have opened a retail park in Puławy following the conversion of a former Tesco hypermarket on the site.

Mitiska REIM, the specialist investor in European convenience real estate, has today announced the opening of a new retail park in the city of Puławy in eastern Poland. Originally a Tesco hypermarket, the site has now been transformed into a modern food-anchored retail park, designed to achieve a “Very Good” score on the BREEAM scale.

Mitiska REIM has today announced that following the successful completion of its value creation programme, it has completed the sale of Retail Park Młyn in Wroclaw to AB Tewox, an investment company managed by Lords LB Asset Management. The retail park was originally acquired by Mitiska REIM in July 2015 on behalf of the First Retail International fund (FRI).

Property developer Mitiska REIM has opened a new retail park in Baia Mare and inaugurated an extension of another retail project in Mediaș. The development activity was carried out in partnership with Square 7 Properties. 

Developers Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM have jointly opened Baia Mare Shopping Park with a commercial space of 17,500 sqm.
