The development of new communication channels and increasing customer demands mean that effective real estate marketing requires an ever-increasing investment in quality - this is just one of the conclusions reached by the participants of the panel discussion on real estate marketing, which took place as part of the June conference Future of Real Estate 2024 in Warsaw. The event was co-organised by Property Forum and RICS.

Dagmara Kowalik, CEO of Digital Bunch, a digital marketing agency specializing in 3D production and software, has talked to Property Forum about current trends in visual marketing of real estate and the next big things in it.

Since February this year, Natalia Wenzławska, who took the position of Head of Marketing, is responsible for marketing and communication at CBRE in Poland. She will lead a team of a dozen or so people, whose tasks will focus on the implementation of the company's overall communication strategy.
