Since February this year, Natalia Wenzławska, who took the position of Head of Marketing, is responsible for marketing and communication at CBRE in Poland. She will lead a team of a dozen or so people, whose tasks will focus on the implementation of the company's overall communication strategy.

For many years, Natalia Wenzławska has been supporting us in this area, and since the beginning of the year she has taken over the management of the marketing and communication team. She managed to prove that it was a great choice," says Daniel Bienias, Managing Director of CBRE in Poland.

Natalia Wenzławska has over 10 years of experience in marketing and communication, gained, among others, by at WITTCHEN and BNP Paribas Real Estate. She joined CBRE in 2015 as a marketing and communication specialist. Then she was promoted to the position of Deputy Director of Marketing and Communications. She was responsible for co-creating the company's communication and marketing strategy while creating and implementing two strategic image projects, i.e. OFFICE SUPERSTAR and IDEALAB Magazine by CBRE.

As Head of Marketing, Natalia, together with a team of a dozen or so people, will be responsible for creating a comprehensive communication strategy for the company, which includes: planning and execution of business line and sector communication, public relations activities, social media, internal communication and brand management.

Natalia Wenzławska studied sociology at Koźminski University and management and marketing at the University of Warsaw. In 2017, she completed postgraduate studies in management in a virtual environment at Koźminski University.

New leases

  • Teva Pharmaceuticals has relocated its offices to Budapest-based Corvin Skypark. The deal covering 653 sqm was brokered by iO Partners.
  • Nowy Styl, a European leader in office furniture solutions, has signed a lease extension at the Oxygen Park office complex. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm within the project.

New appointments

  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
  • Panattoni has promoted Nick Cripps to the position of Head of International Capital Markets for Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and India. Based in London, Cripps is tasked with leading the firm’s global capital markets strategy across 18 diverse markets. He joined Panattoni five years ago as Head of UK Capital Markets.
  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
