Dunwell Industrial Brokerage has assisted MLP Group in opening a new, 2,500 sqm location in Bucharest for one of the largest banana importers and distributors in Europe, Citronex.

DHL Express has leased a modern hall with a total area of 3 700 sqm at Brno’s airport. The construction, which should be completed in Q1 2020, will be carried out by Panattoni Europe.

The Polish industrial market remains in very good health, with warehouse supply hitting a record high and robust occupier demand. Cushman & Wakefield summarised the third quarter of 2019 on the industrial market in Poland in its latest report.

2.5 million sqm was leased in the first three quarters of 2019 and by the end of the year, demand will most likely exceed 3 million sqm. 2019 has seen developers deliver two million sqm to market, with a total stock now stands at almost 18 million sqm. CTP has significantly expanded its portfolio both across the region and in Hungary in recent years. In response to brisk local demand, the company plans to prepare speculative developments of premium industrial space totalling 150,000 sqm in the Hungarian market in 2020. These projects will affect nearly all the industrial parks of local CTP.
