7R and Hillwood have finalized a joint venture sale of a warehouse facility to a fund managed by GLL Real Estate Partners. All of Panattoni’s parks completed as of 2020 will be certified under BREEAM New Construction International standard with a Very Good rating. Panattoni already has 1 million sqm pending certification and 24 projects completed according to BREEAM and LEED standards.
