Partners Group and Peakside complete BTS for DPD in Warsaw

The JV between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has completed the construction of the first warehouse facility in City Point Targówek. The 7,000 sqm building is fully leased to DPD Polska and is part of a park, which will provide nearly 100,000 sqm of last-mile logistics space within the borders of the Warsaw agglomeration.

Logport and Invesco to build last-mile logistics park near Prague

Logport Development and Invesco Real Estate have teamed up and, via a forward funding structure, committed to developing a 37,900 sqm Grade A last-mile logistics facility, Logport Prague West, strategically located adjacent to the Prague ring road. The transaction was mediated by Cushman & Wakefield. Logport Prague West, where construction started in September 2022, has already attracted the first tenants to move in during the summer of 2023. The entire commercial zone is scheduled for completion in Q1 2024.

OneDayMore in first Poznan last-mile centre from Panattoni

Panattoni to build last-mile logistics park in Kraków

Panattoni is to build a city park in Kraków - City Logistics Kraków I will have a total area of 36,500 sqm. The first of two buildings is to be ready in September 2021 and the first tenant, a logistics operator specialising in last mile deliveries, has already leased 9,040 sqm. Panattoni's latest project will play a crucial link in the chain from online store to courier company and finally on to consumer.

New leases

  • In April this year, the House brand joined the group of tenants at CH Korona in Wrocław. The salon occupies nearly 285 sqm of sales space.
  • 18 Gym Fitness & Beauty will open a new location within Agora Arad (the former Galleria Arad) in a deal brokered by the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox. Agora Arad has a leasable area of 36,000 sqm and is currently undergoing a major refurbishment.
  • Transport company Zadbano has become a new tenant at LCube Rzeszów Airport. The company has taken 1.3 thousand sqm of warehouse space in Building 2, which was completed last year.

New appointments

  • Urszula Sekuła has joined the Retail Institute team as Business Development Director. She will be responsible for business development in Poland and three European markets.
  • Hines has announced a new leadership team for Poland. Marcin Wielgus, previously Finance Director and Head of Transactions, will take up the role of Chief Operating Officer and President of the Management Board while Kamil Nurek, previously Director of Project Management will assume the role of Director of Development and Asset Management and Vice-President of the Management Board.
  • At the beginning of April 2024, Barbara Tomaszewska took over as Director of the first Aiden by Best Western in Łódź, Poland. She was previously Deputy Director at Golden Tulip Gdańsk Residence.
