Logicor completed the development of a new 40,000 sqm warehouse in the Logicor Bucharest I park, located in Mogosoaia.

At the beginning of summer 2016, a production and distribution complex owned by one of the largest non-alcoholic beverage producers Coca-Cola HBC Czech and Slovak Republics, was added to the Slovak industrial market. The complex, which offers approximately 30,000 sqm of leasable area with ca. 35,000 sqm of adjacent land for further development was exclusively marketed by the Industrial Agency team in JLL Slovakia. From October 2017 the new owner is Priemyselný areál Lúka s.r.o. The value of the transaction remains confidential.

Total demand on the Budapest industrial market amounted to 122,020 sqm in Q3 2017, showing a 44% increase year-on-year. The Budapest Research Forum published its quarterly industrial market analysis.

Prologis announced the completion of an 18,100 square metre build-to-suit (BTS) facility for Arvato Polska at Prologis Park Stryków.

ESON, a Taiwanese based company, put its mid-size production plan on the market. Located in the city of Partizánske, Western Slovakia, it offers approximately 7,000 sqm of industrial and warehouse space together with 3,000 sqm of office premises and accommodation facilities for employees. The production complex is situated less than 45 km away from the regional city of Nitra and Trenčín.

There was 689,800 sqm of storage and industrial space under construction at the end of Q3 2017. 44 % of that space is being delivered to the Greater Prague area. The Industrial Research Forum announced the preleminary industrial market figures for Q2 2017.

CTP acquired the ex-Nokia building in Komárom, Hungary. The 52,771 sqm property is located on a 137,001 sqm site in Komárom Industrial Park. The property was purpose built in three phases between 1999 and 2004 and was designed by Nokia for their specific use and requirements. The whole site comprises three main buildings and further technical facilities which support the operation of the factory.

Secure Property Development and Investment PLC, an SEE-focused property and investment company, announced the proposed acquisition of up to a 50% interest in a portfolio of fully let logistics properties in Romania. The so-called Olympians Portfolio comprises assets in Bucharest, Timisoara and Brasov. The gross asset value of the 100,000 sqm portfolio is approximately €50 million and there is a senior loan liability of approximately €30 million secured against the portfolio.

DHL Express recently moved into its new, tailor made warehouse of 6,000 sqm leased in Budapest Airport's new logistic facility built by Market Építő. Budapest Airport appointed CBRE Hungary for the construction management services.
