Swedish company Heimstaden is entering the Prague rental market. It has acquired the first 164 units under construction in Prague's Holešovice district as part of the Pergamenka project from developer FINEP.

CA Immo has completed the construction of two premium office buildings in the River City Prague campus, which is located in the Karlín district in the area of Rohan Island. Construction started in September 2019.

VGP and Allianz Real Estate, acting on behalf of several Allianz Group companies, announced a successful eighth closing with its 50:50 joint venture, VGP European Logistics. The transaction comprised of four logistic buildings, including two buildings in a new VGP park and another two newly completed logistic buildings which were developed in parks previously transferred to the Joint Venture. Primark has opened its first Czech Republic store in the Flow Building, Flow East’s development on Wenceslas Square in Prague, marking the 14th market for the retailer.

REICO’s ČS real estate fund has decided to sell the Platinium office building in Brno to Czech investment group RSBC. The Platinium building was the longest-held property in the fund's portfolio.

Budimex SA has signed the final sales agreement of Budimex Nieruchomości. Therefore, the private equity investment firm Cornerstone Partners and Czech development group Crestyl took over the entire shareholding of the company.  This is the biggest acquisition in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. The next stage is changing the name of the company - Budimex Nieruchomości is now Spravia.

Bluehouse sold the Korso Karviná shopping centre (in the Northern Moravian region of the Czech Republic, east of Ostrava) to local investor Conseq Investment Management in this year’s first shopping centre transaction on the Czech market.
