The residential market in Romania registered a record number of deliveries of 73,332 new homes during 2022, up 3% compared to 2021, driven by the growth in regional cities, according to a report by Colliers Romania.
Asking prices for homes in Romania were up by an average of 1.6% to €1,435 per sqm in February after growing by 0.9% in the previous month, according to property classifieds platform Imobiliare.ro.
Romanian developer Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the first 209 apartments comprising the first phase of the Boreal Plus residential project in Constanța.
Logistics company Elvada and motorcycles and electric bicycles producer Relive Bike RKS Motor are the new tenants in Constanța Business Park, the project developed near the port area by Global Vision in partnership with Globalworth. The spaces leased by the two firms total 9,600 sqm.

Romanian developer One United Properties recorded revenues of 1.1 billion lei (€222 million) during 2021, up 105% year-on-year, while the gross profit expanded almost two-fold to 603.5 million lei (€122 million) over higher residential sales and increased rental income.

Cuponation GmbH will lease more than 200 sqm in the LIFE Building (formerly Atrium Tower) in Warsaw, which is owned by Austrian company VIG Fund (a part of Vienna Insurance Group). JLL is responsible for the commercialization process of the building. Tenant was represented by CBRE.
