HEINEKEN Global Shared Services has leased over 8,500 sqm in Podium Park A, an office building in Kraków's Czyżyny district. The tenant was represented in the transaction by the advisory company Colliers. Its experts also support the client in the process of arranging and preparing the office in the new location.

Colliers has issued a new report, European Residential: On the Rise, examining the drivers behind mounting investor interest in residential properties in Europe’s major cities. Romania is posting one of the biggest recoveries of non-food consumption in the European Union (EU) and retailers with online stores are set to benefit most from this growth, according to an analysis by real estate consultancy Colliers. 

Colliers has taken over the management of Neon office building – the fourth stage of the Alchemia business complex in Gdańsk-Oliwa.

Romania recorded new real estate investments worth €85 million in the first quarter of 2021, down 42% year-on-year, in line with the lower results of other markets in Central and Eastern Europe, according to a report by Colliers.
