Park Lane Developments and Mitiska REIM have purchased a second plot of land in Sofia’s Nadezhda district to develop a new retail park.

Lion’s Head Investments has purchased three logistic parks from BPD in Sofia, Varna and Ruse for €71.4 million, in one of the biggest deals closed on the Bulgarian market in recent years. 

Raycho Raychev, Founder and CEO of EnduroSat, and Petar Mitev, CEO of Chaos, have teamed up to purchase an office project in Sofia that previously hosted the HQ of Alpha Bank.

Mitiska REIM has rolled out a joint venture (JV) with Park Lane Developments for the development of retail parks in Bulgaria.
