GTC has renewed a lease agreement with an international bank at Advance Business Center in Sofia, with the tenant also expanding its footprint to more than 5,500 sqm of office space within the complex.
The bank's global digital technology centre has been operating in Bulgaria since 2020. Based at Advance Business Center, the team develops and maintains IT solutions supporting the digitalisation of business processes across the bank's international operations.

Advance Business Center is situated in one of Sofia's key office districts and offers approximately 32,000 sqm of Class A office space across two LEED Gold-certified buildings. The complex provides access to the metro network, major transport routes and a range of amenities including restaurants, cafés, landscaped green areas, cycling infrastructure and electric vehicle charging stations.
GTC describes the transaction as among the largest office lease agreements it has completed in Bulgaria in recent months, reflecting continued demand for quality office space from technology companies and business services organisations. GTC manages a portfolio of 43 properties offering 723,000 sqm of leasable space across major cities in Poland, as well as in Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia.
