Colliers REMS Hungary has been assigned the role of Center Manager including the operational management of the in total 220,000 sqm KÖKI Terminál shopping mall. The assignment also includes the management and technical support of tenant fitting out works.

CA Immo has concluded rental agreements for around 12,000 sqm of office space in Budapest. The agreements include new rentals as well as contract extensions and expansions of existing tenants.

TriGranit, celebrating its 20th anniversary in business in 2017, will this year launch its newest development in Budapest, the Millennium Gardens office building that will provide 37,000 sqm GLA for future tenants from H2 2019 on the banks of the Danube, next to MÜPA and the prospective Congress Centre. Belgian developer Atenor announced the sale of building A of the Váci Greens office complex in Budapest to a group of private Hungarian investors. This building is the first of the three buildings built by Atenor on the Váci Corridor.

Deutsche Hospitality’s first hotel CEE hotel is set to open in by 2019. IntercityHotel Budapest will be located in a newly constructed building in forint of the City’s Eastern Railway Station (Keleti pályaudvar). It will have 300 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a conference area and an underground car park with 200 spaces. 

Hilton has reached a franchise agreement with Accent Hotel Management to open Hilton Garden Inn Budapest City Centre. The 214-guestroom hotel is set to become Hilton’s third hotel in Budapest by 2018.
