The development group Antracit, part of the investment holding Purposia Group, is starting construction of the mixed-use project Václav in the historic centre of Ostrava. 

The Ostrava-based construction company HSF System has formed a holding structure that includes a total of 26 companies. The new holding company, with sales exceeding CZK 3 billion (€122.2 million), is called Purposia Group. The main reasons for establishing the holding company are to increase efficiency and further expansion plans, HSF System announced. 

The Antracit development group is expanding its project team and changing its organizational structure. Zuzana Bajgarová has been appointed Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. 

Developer Antracit has started the construction of the PorubkaPoint project in Ostrava. The two-storey building will be used for sports activities. Construction group HSF System is the general contractor.

Antracit Property will be building in two locations in the Czech Republic simultaneously. In Ostrava-Poruba it is preparing an industrial building for long-term lease, while in Pilsen it will also build a rental project on a brownfield site near the railway station.

Development company Antracit is launching a series of projects in several cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is preparing a mixed-use rental project in Ostrava, an office and apartment project and a rental project in Pilsen. A mixed-use rental project is also being prepared in Žilina and another rental project in an industrial area in Prešov, the company announced.
