HSF System becomes Purposia Group holding
The Ostrava-based construction company HSF System has formed a holding structure that includes a total of 26 companies. The new holding company, with sales exceeding CZK 3 billion (€122.2 million), is called Purposia Group. The main reasons for establishing the holding company are to increase efficiency and further expansion plans, HSF System announced.

Antracit Property starts construction in Ostrava and Pilsen
Antracit Property will be building in two locations in the Czech Republic simultaneously. In Ostrava-Poruba it is preparing an industrial building for long-term lease, while in Pilsen it will also build a rental project on a brownfield site near the railway station.

Antracit plans development in Czech and Slovak cities
Development company Antracit is launching a series of projects in several cities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. It is preparing a mixed-use rental project in Ostrava, an office and apartment project and a rental project in Pilsen. A mixed-use rental project is also being prepared in Žilina and another rental project in an industrial area in Prešov, the company announced.

New leases
- IWG has opened a new Regus work space at Sky Tower, Chișinău. The company has opened a 1.000 sqm space on the first floor of the office building.
- Strategy has extended its lease agreement for office space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw, part of the Karimpol Group's portfolio. Strategy occupies 1,500 sqm of office space on the 22nd floor of Skyliner I and was the building's first tenant.
- Hesburger has opened a new restaurant spanning 223 sqm in Cosmopolis, near Bucharest, following a €1 million investment.
New appointments
- CTP Romania has named Bianca Liulea-Stamate as Marketing Specialist. She has previously worked at DB Schenker for more than seven years.
- Věra Hordóssyová has joined GARBE Group as Account and Financial Manager. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, having held roles such as Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
- Krzysztof Szargawiński has joined Avison Young Poland’s Office Agency team as an Associate Director. In his new role, Krzysztof will be responsible for leading the department’s projects in the Wrocław region. He brings over 20 years of experience in the Polish commercial real estate market, gained primarily in Wrocław, Warsaw, and Katowice.
