Anchor Grup has announced its Bucharest-based residential project Select Residences has reached the delivery phase.

With total investments exceeding €500 million in Romania’s real estate market in the past 25 years, Anchor Grup is looking for new funding and recently kicked off a new residential project. Property developer Anchor Grup has secured a financing volume of €80 million from Banca Transilvania that will be used to refinance the retail and office segments of the company.
