Property developer Speedwell has secured the building permit for the office component of its mixed-use project Paltim located in Timișoara.
Construction works will start this year for the office project that will have a leasable area of 16,000 sqm. The building has already received the BREEAM Outstanding precertification.
Aside from offices, Paltim will feature two residential buildings, retail spaces as well as two refurbished historical villas.Construction works for the first residential building and historical villa are underway.

The landlord agent for the project is Griffes.
