Savills has been appointed as an exclusive agent responsible for the recommercialisation of part of Centrum Krakowska 61 retail park in Warsaw. The complex will soon undergo a substantial refurbishment, including refurbishment of one of the buildings which comprises 11,800 sqm.

Centrum Krakowska 61 is one of the largest retail complexes in Warsaw, totalling nearly 55,000 sqm. Within the park there is Agata furniture store, Media Markt and Komfort showroom. Soon the offer of the complex will expand, due to the redevelopment of a facility previously occupied by one of the DIY chain-stores.

"The modernisation of the two-storey building belonging to the Centrum Krakowska 61 retail park will completely change its image, providing a flexible and modern retail space with a new interesting façade, within a recognizable and popular location. The schedule of modernization works will be determined by the progress of commercialization process. Our commercialization strategy will focus on extending the current offer of the complex, making it more complete", says Magdalena Jakubowska, Senior Leasing Manager in the Retail Department, Savills.

Centrum Krakowska 61 includes an Auchan hypermarket with retail space offering services such as currency exchange, travel agent and laundry, as well as Orlen gas station and Burger King restaurant.

The owner of Centrum Krakowska 61 is Octava FIZAN fund, managed by Octava Asset Management Sp. z o.o.
