EQT Exeter has appointed Savills as property manager for its very first investment in the Czech Republic. The portfolio of industrial assets comprises 140,000 sqm and is located close to Ostrava, Logistics Park Nošovice with effect from July 2021 and Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park in Mošnov with effect from December 2021.


Logistics Park Nošovice comprises three modern industrial halls with a total area of  63,800 sqm of warehouse space and a potential built-up area of 6,500 sqm for expansion. The site is set in a 16-hectare area and was developed on the eastern outskirts of Nošovice, in the immediate vicinity of the Hyundai car production plant. The premises are currently fully leased to Hyundai Glovis Czech Republic, whose key customer is the car manufacturer Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech.

The second asset, Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park, currently comprises the management of two modern industrial halls with a total area of 77,000 sqm of warehouse space. The Park benefits from the proximity of the Leoš Janáček Ostrava International Airport and also includes the construction of a combined transport terminal. . The premises are fully leased, with tenants such as Continental Barum, DHL, Hyundai Glovis, M.K. Invest, Rhenus Logistics, Skladon a UFI Filters.

Savills’ property management department in Prague was established in April 2017 and has since grown to more than 35 people. Currently, the team manages a portfolio of 555,100 sqm in the value of €1.2 billion, including office buildings, industrial parks, mixed-use and retail projects.

New appointments

  • PSN has expanded its acquisitions team with the arrival of Martin Šrytr as Business Development Manager. Most recently, he served as Real Estate Expansion Manager at Twistcafe Group, supporting the company’s EMEA growth. His previous experience includes consulting at Cushman & Wakefield, advisory roles at Prochazka & Partners, and management positions within IWG.
  • iO Partners has announced key leadership changes within its Czech Republic operations as part of its ongoing business evolution. Milan Kilik has been appointed as the new Head of Office Leasing, with a particular focus on client advisory and team collaboration. Concurrently, Petr Kareš has transitioned into the role of Occupier Business Development Director. In this new capacity, he will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and integrating services across Tenant Representation, Project Management, and Industrial Leasing.
  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
