On 20 May, owners Tristan Capital Partners and White Star Real Estate opened the retail part of the Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use project in Warsaw to the public.

Located in the renovated building of the old Warsaw power plant, the commercial part of the complex focuses primarily on brands that are not often found in other shopping malls in Poland.

Elektrownia Powiśle comprises over 70 stores (including the first Urban Outfitters in Poland), 32 cafes, bars and restaurants and the first beauty hall in Poland.

As a mixed-use project, Elektrownia Powiśle brings together several functions that include three Class A office buildings, apartments for rent and a 4-star boutique hotel Barceló, set to launch in 2021.
