A newly opened project at Taśmowa Street with over 370 apartments joins Resi4Rent buildings in Warsaw Brewery and at Suwak Street.

The building at Taśmowa Street is well-located in the heart of Mokotów business district, just a 4-minute walk from Warszawa Służewiec station, next to the freeway with the exit to the beltway. Galeria Mokotów, numerous cafes, restaurants and service points are also located nearby. The project offers 372 apartments of various sizes and types, of which 4 have been adapted for people with disabilities. One-room apartments with a bedroom and a living room, as well as family units with two bedrooms and a living room are available. As standard, Resi4Rent equips its apartments with built-in furniture, household appliances and all necessary furniture.

“Our project at Taśmowa Street is a great choice for those who wish to live in Warsaw's Mokotów. In this vibrant district, that is most often chosen by young people working in nearby office buildings, Resi4Rent offers two out of three Warsaw projects. Mokotów is attractive because it provides its residents many attractions, amenities, and above all, freedom of choice. In Resi4Rent we know how important freedom is, that is why you can furnish our apartments yourself or leave it to us. We guarantee new, perfectly located apartments, built by the biggest Polish developer, as well as full service - from providing Internet access to technical support,” says Sławomir Imianowski, CEO of Resi4Rent.

The contract with Resi4Rent can be concluded for a minimum of 3 months, and tenants have access to Wi-Fi network, access to a panel that allows to manage contracts, and a dedicated service office included in the price of subscription. For cyclists, Resi4Rent provides bicycle racks, and for motorized tenants, the company offers the possibility to rent a parking space in the underground garage.

Resi4Rent offers over 1.8 thousand apartments. The first projects, that the company completed in Wrocław and Łódź are fully leased. Following its success in regional cities, Resi4Rent is expanding in Warsaw, where a total of over 1,000 apartments are offered by the company. As a target, the company will have 10,000 apartments by 2025 in the six largest Polish cities - Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Gdańsk and Poznań.

The carbon cost is already in your building. You just can't see it yet

by Property Forum
A structural shift is rewriting the financial logic of European commercial real estate. It isn't being driven by ESG pressure or voluntary sustainability labels. It's being driven by regulation — and the numbers are concrete enough that ignoring them is becoming a financial risk. A recent white paper by workcloud24 traces the mechanism in detail: how the operational energy and CO₂ performance of a building transmits into net operating income, asset value, and financing conditions. The argument isn't that green buildings are virtuous. It's that inefficient buildings are becoming measurably more expensive to own, operate, and finance.
