Real Management has signed a loan agreement with mBank for over €14 million in funding for construction of the Good Point V warehouse and production park in Łubna near Warsaw.

The Good Point V warehouse and production park is being developed by Real Management S.A., comprising three buildings with a total warehouse space of 30,000 sqm. In the key stage of development, the company has been extended a loan of €14.1 million for the construction of the facility.

“Signing the loan agreement with mBank was the next step in our business strategy and completion of construction on the warehouse and production park,” said Marcin Malka, CEO of Real Management S.A. “The loan we have been granted not only proves that we are a trustworthy partner but also demonstrates the business potential of Good Point V and the entire industrial property market concentrated around Warsaw. We are happy to continue our cooperation with such a renowned financial institution.”

The first warehouse and office space tenants, which will include companies such as Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers, and OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in providing logistics services for the e-commerce sector, loyalty programmes and POS materials, will move into Good Point V as early as Q3 2024 and Q1 2025. The site of the warehouse and production park in Łubna ensures a convenient connection to Warsaw (via Puławska Street), due to the proximity of state road no. 79 and the interchange in Góra Kalwaria. The complex will be delivered in September of 2024.
