Romanian developer Prima Development Group has kicked off the construction of the second phase of its Prima Vista residential complex based in northern Bucharest.
The first phase of the development has reached a 70% sale rate to date and the company expects to fully deliver the complex by the summer of 2025.
At present, Prima Development has 3,000 apartments in various construction stages across Bucharest, which will be completed following an investment of around €200 million.
The developer has been present on the market for close to two decades and has completed another 3,000 apartments in Oradea.
