Developer Penta Real Estate is progressing in the construction of a new quarter in Bratislava Bory. The zone is gradually growing, with residential buildings, retail objects and necessary amenities being added. After a period of wild growth without an obvious unifying concept, the first signs that Bory will one day resemble a real city are beginning to appear, YIMBA.sk reports.

The development of the Bratislava district of Bory will continue with the Bory Nádvorie stage. It has had mandatory consent from November 2022 and in February 2022 the development obtained a zoning decision on the location of the construction. The pace of the permitting process continues and Bory is currently in the construction process. Thus, in a few months, construction of the first phase of the Bory Nádvorie section could start. The architect of Bory Nádvorie is the Sadovsky&Architects office, just like in several previous parts of the construction of the district.

Bory Nádvorie is planned in three stages. The first one concerns the construction of an apartment building with infrastructure and landscaping. Two residential buildings with non-residential premises and underground garages and technical equipment should be realized. A total of 168 residential units and 256 parking spaces are proposed. The houses will contain 36 one-bedroom flats, 72 two-bedroom flats, 44 three-bedroom flats and 16 four-bedroom flats, plus 18 apartments for short-term accommodation. At this point, one residential phase and half of the second phase are already fully completed and handed over. The second half of the second phase and the third half of the third phase have been completed. The fourth phase is also at a high stage of completion.
