Penta Real Estate has emerged as a primary catalyst for the investment group’s performance in 2025, spearheading an international expansion that now includes major residential developments in the United Kingdom.   

The Italian studio Stefano Boeri Architetti has been announced as the winner of the international architectural and urban planning competition opened by Penta Real Estate at the end of last year for the Chalupkova project in Bratislava. The land is located in the Mlynské nivy zone and is bordered by Košická and Chalupkova streets.

The Penta Group is changing its approach to financing its business – it is preparing new investment funds to offer investors a stake in Penta projects, reports Newstream.cz.

Developer Penta Real Estate has made progress in the preparation of the Southbank project and entered the environmental impact assessment, reports Yimba.sk. The key owners, the developers J&T Real Estate and Penta Real Estate, are planning to build a new mixed-use zone near the Danube Embankment in Bratislava.

Penta has announced its plans to open the first-ever fund for qualified investors. Legal and administrative actions leading to its establishment are currently underway, and details of the structure and functioning of the fund are going to be announced in the second half of this year.

In the coming weeks, Penta Real Estate is planning to submit documentation for the environmental impact assessment (EIA) for the Bratislava Southbank project. The total gross floor area is reaching 210,000 sqm.

The XPlace platform, owned by the Archdiocese of Prague, and Penta Real Estate have entered into a partnership in the area of ​​rental housing. Thanks to it, the rental portfolio of XPlace is expanding by two turnkey apartment buildings in the neighbourhood of the Vidoule Nature Park and the new city district of Waltrovka in Prague.

Penta Real Estate has announced the results of the architectural competition held last year for a new building in Hybernská Street in Prague, on the site of the former post office building. Seven invited teams from the Czech Republic and Slovakia have participated in the competition.

Developer Penta Real Estate has obtained the building permit for the next stage of its Bory residential zone, YIMBA.sk reports. The permit is not valid yet, however, the whole permitting process has run at full speed in this case.

Plots with a total area of ​​4.5 ha at the intersection of Vajnorská and Odborárská streets in the neighbourhood of Istrochem in Bratislava were acquired by Penta Real Estate for an unspecified price in 2022. Through its subsidiary UNL, Penta has now submitted its investment plan to the authorities for an environmental impact assessment, reports DenníkN.
