Panattoni has secured two new tenants for its investment in Siedlce (eastern Poland). FoodWell – a leading player in the dried fruit and nuts market – will occupy 5,700 sqm in an existing building. Over 6,200 sqm of new warehouse space will be developed for a second tenant, a logistics operator.

“We constantly raise the bar and focus on continuous growth, which requires a modern logistics base. Our new warehouse will serve as a storage site for finished products intended for distribution to clients and for raw materials and packaging to be used at our factory in Janów Podlaski. A strong connection with our largest production facility was one of the key factors in our decision to choose Panattoni’s investment”, says Maciej Korycki, Supply Chain Director at FoodWell.

FoodWell is a Polish capital group operating in the healthy food segment. Its portfolio includes five strong brands: Bakalland, Delecta, Purella Superfoods, BeRAW, and Anatol.

“With the agreement signed with FoodWell, we have fully commercialised all available speculative space at Panattoni Park Siedlce. The second agreement, with a logistics operator, enables us to launch the next phase of the project. We are pleased with the development of this investment, which, despite being located outside the main logistics hubs, continues to attract tenants. Key advantages include good transport connections, proximity to the motorway, and the limited availability of modern warehouse space in the region. It proves that investing in markets with untapped potential truly pays off”, says Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni.

The second new tenant is a provider of comprehensive logistics services. Under the lease agreement, the developer has already begun expanding the existing facility with new space, with construction expected to be completed later this year. The building will be BREEAM-certified at the high "Excellent" level. It will include systems that reduce potable water consumption and conserve water overall. To ensure user comfort, the facility will offer enhanced access to natural daylight, while the office area will meet high standards for acoustics, thermal comfort, and air quality.

Panattoni Park Siedlce is a complex of two Class A warehouse buildings close to the centre of Siedlce and the city bypass (Siedlce Południe exit), which connects to the A2 motorway. This allows for access to Warsaw in approximately one hour, and proximity to national road No. 2 facilitates connections to eastern regions of the country.
