BSH Home Appliances Group, home appliances manufacturer, is strengthening its operations in Poland. Panattoni will construct a new, larger factory for the company, which will relocate its small home appliances production from the current location. The new facility will be built in Rudna Wielka near Rzeszów. The total project value will amount to nearly 600 million PLN in the coming years. Construction is planned for completion by mid-2026.

The facility, covering 73,000 square meters, will have a production hall, logistics, and office areas. It has been designed in line with high sustainability standards.

"With the new factory, we are paving the way for further development in Rzeszów and the introduction of new devices into production. We are creating not only a modern facility but also excellent working conditions at ergonomic workstations", said Richard Dalacker, Head of BSH’s Rzeszów branch.

The factory will employ over 1,000 people from the BSH team in Rzeszów. During its design phase, special attention was paid to safety and high-quality working conditions, such as access to maximum natural daylight, wide communication paths, and a spacious cafeteria. The investment is located just five kilometres from Rzeszów, benefiting from the proximity to the highway and expressway, as well as access to public transportation.

Konrad Pokutycki, President of BSH Poland, emphasized Poland's importance within the BSH Group. “The construction of this new small home appliances factory is another milestone for our company and the best confirmation that BSH feels very comfortable in Poland and sees good prospects here. We have been growing in Poland for over 30 years. We created over 7,000 jobs across six factories, logistics centres, two R&D centres, and shared service centres. To date, we have invested nearly 1.5 billion euros in Poland, which has significantly contributed to the development of the cities and regions where we operate. We are proud to continue the long and rich history of home appliance manufacturing in the Podkarpacie region”, said Konrad Pokutycki.

Marek Dobrzycki, Partner at Panattoni, highlighted that this is yet another collaboration between the companies, as the developer previously built BSH’s dishwasher factory in Łódź. “We are delighted that BSH has once again decided to collaborate with us on this strategic investment. The durability of this cooperation confirms our competencies in creating modern, technologically advanced, and sustainable production facilities for market leaders. The key to the success of such ambitious projects is combining our team’s experience and know-how with flexibility and the ability to quickly respond to the client’s needs. We are confident that this factory will not only meet BSH’s expectations but will also contribute to the development of the region and the entire home appliances industry in Poland, which is already very strong”, said Marek Dobrzycki.
