Panattoni has started another large-scale development for the apparel sector. A global market leader has leased 82,000 sqm in Poznań.

Panattoni has been making numerous investments for the apparel industry: now one of the leading players has leased space in a dedicated Poznań facility, construction of which will start at the turn of the year. It will run e-commerce operations from the new location, serving several European markets. The company will also benefit from a 3-story, 6,000 sqm office.

"Panattoni once again proves that it is a reliable partner for the apparel industry, which increasingly relies on e-commerce. Globally, e-commerce for the fashion industry was worth about $744 billion at the beginning of this year. Its value will reach as much as $1.1 trillion in 2026. The Polish market reflects these trends and is increasingly becoming a hub for all of Europe. It is thanks to its strategic location, and modern facilities that allow it to handle the growing volumes of apparel e-commerce", says Marek Dobrzycki, Managing Director with Panattoni.

There will be a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the facility, and an increased number of skylights will provide additional lighting for workplaces. There will also be a BMS and a high bay VNA zone. Inside there will also be special zones for product photography.

The investment for the apparel giant will meet the highest standards of sustainable construction and pass BREEAM certification at an Outstanding level - unprecedented in the Polish market. The building will be constructed without the use of PVC (except for underground installations). Users of the investment will also benefit from some well-being solutions such as infrastructure for cyclists, a terrace and an outdoor gym, a volleyball court, a boules course, and a central drinking water system in the office, among others. In addition, employees will benefit from electric car charging stations on the site. Panattoni will also implement a rainwater recovery system, which will be used in toilets and for watering lawns.

Panattoni has already delivered well over 2 million sqm in the Poznań market, both in city facilities (City Logistics), logistics parks and BTS developments.
