Panattoni Europe has launched a new project, Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III, which is with close to 68,500 sqm is the largest investment project in the Podbeskidzie region. The complex has already secured its first tenants, including Seifert Logistics Group (7,500 sqm) and an interior design company (3,600 sqm), who will be able to move into the facility in spring 2019.

The park will be developed in two stages – with the first accounting for close to 27,000 sqm, of which more than 11,000 sqm has already been spoken for – 7,500 sqm will be taken up by Seifert Logistics Group to run logistics operations in the region, while 3,600 sqm will be held by an interior design company, who will use it not only as a warehouse facility supporting the store, but also as a pickup point for customers.

Bielsko-Biała with its metropolitan area provides ideal conditions for distribution and trade in the CEE market, which is due to its location – a short distance from the Czech Ostrava, Slovakian Žilina, as well as the Silesian Metropolis and Krakow. In addition, the city’s location at the intersection of international transportation routes leading to the border with the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic contributes to its dynamic growth. That is why Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biała III lies in the direct vicinity of the upcoming S1 expressway, which will connect the A1 motorway at Pyrzowice with the Slovakian border in Zwardoń. It will run through the urbanised areas of Upper Silesia and partly Lesser Poland, where Panattoni Europe has a strong presence.
