P3 has raised the final column on 26,000 sqm of warehousing and offices at P3 Błonie park near Warsaw in Poland. The space is being developed on a BTS basis for Antalis, a distributor of paper, packaging systems and plastics for visual communication.

The project is part of a key strand of P3’s expansion strategy – namely bringing forward the development of its 1.8 million sqm pan-European land bank. At the same time the company is seeking to acquire new sites in the nine European countries in which it is already represented as well as entering new markets.

The 26,000 sqm P3 Błonie facility has been designed to meet Antalis’ bespoke requirements and will be equipped with environmentally-friendly solutions including isolation panels, solar panels for water heating and LED lighting. P3 is also providing its new customer with an 805 sqm outer office. Hand over is planned for the middle of 2017. The deal with Antalis was negotiated by Colliers International.

“The Warsaw market remains the top spot on the Polish logistics map, as confirmed by the high levels of activity among both developers and occupiers. In 2016 developers delivered over 240,000 sqm of modern industrial space and the volume of transactions for all Warsaw zones stood at 900,000 sqm. At the same time, it was a record-breaking year for Colliers’ Industrial & Logistics Agency in terms of the number of deals completed, while also maintaining our leading position in market share. The leasing of 26,000 sqm by Antalis suggests that 2017’s results will be equally good”, Krzysztof Kienorow, Associate Director of Industrial & Logistics Agency at Colliers International commented.

P3 Błonie park is located in Błonie, 27 km west from Warsaw, at the intersection of national road 92 and highway A2 (a part of the European transit route E30). Wilshire Holding, IBM, Europapier and Triumph are among the leading customers on the park.
