Developer P3 has received approval for two new halls at P3 Mladá Boleslav, Hall 3 with an area of 3,900 sqm and Hall 4 with an area of 5,000 sqm.
The total area of P3 Mladá Boleslav is 38,919 sqm. The park is located in the industrial zone in Mladá Boleslav - Plazy, near the D10 expressway, which connects Prague and Liberec. Construction of the first building began in 2009. The park now consists of four buildings and the largest tenants are HP-Pelzer and Yapp Czech Automotive.
