Warehouse owner and developer P3 Logistic Parks says it leased over 35,800 sqm of logistics and office space in Romania in Q1 2021. The company renewed contracts for more than 22,500 sqm of spaces, while the rest was represented by new leases.
Locally, the company owns P3 Bucharest A1, an industrial and logistics complex with a leasable area of 380,000 sqm displayed over 14 warehouses.
„These are good results and make us feel confident and encourage us to continue on this path of further consolidating and differentiating our existing assets by adding new services and integrating more sustainable elements that will lead to an improved working experience for all our tenants and their employees,” says Sînziana Pardhan, Managing Director of P3 Romania.
P3 says it will continue to invest sustainability initiatives designed to cut the consumption of resources and support its decarbonization agenda.
The company has more than 6.5 million sqm of assets under management and a land bank of 1.2 million sqm for future development.
