New Immo Holding, which brings together the real estate activities of the Mulliez Family Association, has recorded gross revenues of €304.5 million during H1 2023, up 7% compared to the same period of last year, while the rental income rose by 2.6%.
In the leasing division, the holding recorded a 33% increase in leasing contracts compared to the first six months of 2022, respectively a 19% increase in revenues and business volume.
New Immo Holding is present in 10 European countries, including Romania where its Nhood company posted a turnover of 18.7 million lei (€3.7 million) in H1 2023.

Locally, Nhood manages 20 Auchan shopping centres and develops the mixed-use scheme Coresi in Brașov.
