NEPI Rockcastle enters the residential market and builds apartments near Vulcan Value Center in Bucharest, Profit.ro informs.
NEPI Rockcastle will start this year with the construction of a residential complex with over 250 apartments near the Vulcan Value Center shopping center in Bucharest. This will not be the only residential project. NEPI Rockcastle intends to develop residential compounds near the shopping centers it owns.
Another project, with over 200 homes, will be built near the Mega Mall in Bucharest. The cities of Timișoara, Brașov, Craiova, Râmnicu Vâlcea, and Satu Mare are also targeted.
In the past, the company announced that it has a budget of 83 million euros for investments in apartments.
