Entrepreneur Ovidiu Sandor’s Mulberry Development has handed over the first phase of ISHO Offices in Timisoara, Romania. Survey Sampling International was the first company to move in with more than 130 employees.
The first phase of ISHO Offices offers 15,000 sqm of leasable space, which is almost entirely leased. Several companies have already taken over their leased spaces for further equipping so that they can fully move in during the summer.
ISHO Offices is being developed in three phases. Upon completion, it will form a single structure which will offer surface areas of over 6,000 sqm per floor.
