Kid Group has kicked off the development of a new residential complex in northern Bucharest following an investment of €35 million.

The project Yacht Kid will comprise over 200 apartments, including four penthouses and seven apartments with private pools and gardens.

“We are confident in the state-of-the-art solutions that we want to apply in our developments, so as to bring to the Romanian market efficient, environmentally friendly buildings that offer living spaces with multiple advantages, from lower utility costs to maximum safety for residents and a superior living environment,” said Bogdan Ghiță, Co-founder of Kid Group.

The company will use prefabricated walls with ventilated facades and intelligent sealing and waterproofing features so that the project will meet the new nZEB (nearly Zero-Energy Building) requirements.
