Savills Investment Management has completed the disposal of Marynarska Point I, an office property located in Warsaw to an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Property investment trust Fortress, based in South Africa, has reached an agreement to purchase ELI Park 1, an industrial project in Buftea-Chitila, near Bucharest, for an undisclosed sum. The sellers of the 50,000 sqm project are Element Industrial and Pavăl Holding.

Property developer AFI Europe aims to secure permits for a new mixed-use scheme that would be located near its Bucharest-based shopping centre. 

Czech real estate fund Trigea bought two retail parks in Moravia – Retail Park Haná in Olomouc and the shopping centre Retail Park Ostrava, expanding its existing portfolio of three properties with additional retail projects.  

DL Invest Group has finalised the sale of the DL City shopping centre in Zgorzelec in Lower Silesia. The return on equity of the transaction is 253% and the return on the investment comes to as much as 63%.

Adventum Investment Fund Management has completed the first close of its latest Fund, Fund V (Penta) in August 2021. The investor acquired the Marynarska Point I office building in Warsaw from Savills Investment Management.

CA Immo continues its path of selling non-core property assets with the signing of a sales contract for the Canada Square office building (5,000 sqm) in Budapest. The buyer is Hungarian investor Investum Kft. The sale has closed at a premium of 28% to the book value as at 31 December 2020.

Indotek Group, a holding of Hungarian businessman Dániel Jellinek, could become a minority investor in the companies that own the Auchan stores in the country.

Czech investment group RSJ plans to make it easier for Prague developers to finance the purchase of land for residential projects. Until now, RSJ has only cooperated with developers through shares in their projects but the new RSJ Landbank sub-fund will buy the land instead of the developer, who will take it over only after obtaining all building permits, which in Prague usually takes several years, local daily E15 reports.

Penta Investments group has sold a building plot of 6,500 square meters in Warsaw for almost €25 million. The plot in the Wola district was bought by Lincoln Property Company together with the investment group ENERN. They plan to build an office building with 30,000 meters of leasable area on a plot with the availability of public transport.
