Oxford Properties Group has completed its acquisition of M7 Real Estate, having received all regulatory approvals. The deal, which was announced in January this year, brings together one of the UK’s leading European real estate investment and asset management platforms and a globally renowned institutional investor operating across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions.

CTP successfully completed another green bond issuance, structured as a dual tranche. CTP raised a total of €1 billion under its recently increased €8 billion EMTN program. The issue included a €500 million five-year tranche, a €500 million ten-year tranche and a concurrent €150 million capped tender offer on the €650 million senior notes due October 2025. Total demand for the issue was around €3.5 billion and the tender offer well exceeded the targeted amount, evidencing and further supporting the solid standing that CTP holds amongst international bond investors less than one year after first entering the market.

Wing held a successful bond auction, issuing green bonds totalling approximately €70 million (HUF 25 billion) through the Bonds for Growth Scheme (NKP) of the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB). In line with international standards and requirements, Wing will use the funds raised through the bonds solely for environmentally friendly projects and assets.

Globalworth has signed a preliminary agreement to sell five Warsaw office buildings to 5th Corner – a new investment platform set up by Cornerstone Investment Management and other shareholders. In this transaction, which is valued at around €123 million, the buildings in Globalworth’s portfolio that are to be sold are Nordic Park, Bliski Centrum, Batory Building I, Company House I and Warta Tower.

Local developer One United Properties has acquired a historic building near the Romanian Athenaeum in central Bucharest. 

Cavatina Holding, the largest Polish office developer, established a bond issue program worth up to PLN 200 million and submitted a prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF), which, if approved, will form the basis of the issue. Michael/Ström Dom Maklerski has been engaged to organize the issue.

Echo Investment summarizes the first half of 2021, taking into account the results of the Archicom S.A. group for the first time. The first six months of 2021 brought the Group over PLN 47 million in net profit, which was mainly the result of handing over to customers 398 apartments built by Echo Investment, as well as 202 apartments of Archicom and an increase in the value of office buildings – in particular Malthouse Offices in Warsaw Breweries and Brain Park I in Cracow. Important item that influenced the results for the first half of the year and the second quarter was the profit on purchase price allocation of Archicom S.A. shares.

One of the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Poznan, managed by Sierra Balmain, was sold to a new investor. The agreement finalizing the transaction was signed on September 22, 2021.

Masterbuild, the Romanian developer and construction firm, says it has started works for the research centre TGA Technologies for Green Aviation in Craiova with a total investment of more than €17 million. 

FLE SICAV FIS, managed by FLE GmbH, has acquired the Rockwell Automation warehouse and industrial facility in Katowice. Knight Frank advised the buyer. The value of the deal is confidential.
