InPost and P3 have signed lease agreements for a total surface of over 43,000 sqm in P3 Piotrków Park, most of which, over 36,000 sqm, are new agreements. In addition, P3 has recently provided InPost with a dedicated city warehouse of nearly 8,300 sqm, located at ul. Faradaya in Warsaw.

InPost is a leading provider of modern logistics services and the first company in Poland to create a network of Parcel Lockers - Paczkomaty®, which are self-service parcel dispatch and collection points. The tenant already had its main sorting facility in P3 Piotrków Park. Increasing the occupied space with these new agreements, InPost leases a total area of nearly 73,000 sqm and is therefore one of the largest tenants at the park.

Iwona Sadowska, Interim Head of Leasing at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, says: “Our goal is to provide tenants with opportunities for their further development and to support our long-term partners on the road to success. As a warehouse developer, we deliver facilities in key logistics locations, allowing companies such as InPost, which has become famous for creating the most modern network of parcel lockers in Poland, to optimize their supply chains and deliver parcels throughout the country, even more efficiently. This more than double increase of InPost’s leased space in P3 Piotrków Park confirms that Piotrków is an excellent location for running warehouse and distribution activities in Poland.”

As a result of new lease agreements, InPost occupies within one of P3 Piotrków’s buildings a total of 42,246 sqm of warehouse space and 1,447 sqm of office and social space. On the newly leased premises, the tenant provides logistics services for a business client as part of InPost Fulfillment. Thanks to the warehouse being located in the P3 Piotrków Park in the immediate vicinity of the main InPost’s sorting facility, product shipping times can be reduced to a minimum.

Additionally, the new building created for InPost is located in the northern part of Warsaw, near the S8 expressway and only 12 km from the city centre. It will serve as In Post’s sorting plant. The facility has been fully designed for the tenant’s needs and is constructed in accordance with the BREEAM certification requirements for an ‘Excellent’ rating.
